The stamps I used for this card are the vertical sentiment from Paper Inspirations and Stampendous "Spring Sprigs". Since it is a one layer card, I used my SU markers to color the design.
Although I really like the colors I used on the flowers, I am wondering if adding the Stickles was a good idea. What do you think? Is it too sparkly for a sympathy card?

I don't think it's too much....it's not really "bling" but more of an accent. I think this is simple and sweet, but very appropriate for Sympathy.
This is so beautiful. I have no idea if Stickles are appropriate or not for sympathy cards - I like them on there though.
Just a hint of sparkle; say from a jelly roll glitter pen or the thinnest layer of stickles is elegant. Just use it sparingly and it will add a lot to your creation. Well, that's my opinion anyway!
